Where are your products shipped from?

All the products are shipped from our studio in India.

When will I receive my order?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days of order confirmation.

Once dispatched, your order is typically delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location and courier service availability. Remote or limited-service locations may experience slightly longer delivery times.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking details.

You can also track your order at any time through our Order Tracking Page.

We will keep you updated on your order status through email notifications throughout the shipping process.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship across India only. We are working on expanding our services and hope to offer international shipping in the future.

Is shipping free?

Yes, we offer free shipping across India on all orders.

Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

Please note that our products are handmade and often custom made. As a result, it may not always be possible to cancel or modify an order once we have prepared and dispatched the products.
