I have received a faulty / incorrect / defective item. What should I do?

At Aavrik, we thoroughly check your order for any faults or defects before shipping. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 24–48 hours of receiving your order. Email us at info@aavrik.com or call us at +91 84878 13882 with the following details:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear images & a short video of the damaged or incorrect product

Upon verifying your request, we will replace the faulty product right away.

Note: We do not offer a refund for damaged products — only a replacement will be arranged.

Can I return a product if I don't like it?

Yes, absolutely! You have 7 days from the date of delivery to decide if the product is right for you. If you wish to return it, email us at info@aavrik.com within 7 days, stating the reason for your return.

To complete your return, please ensure:

  • You contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • You provide tracking details for your return shipment within the same 7-day period.

Note: Tracking details are mandatory to track the return order, and return shipping charges will be borne by the customer. If the goods are lost or damaged in transit, we will not be liable.

I have placed an order for the wrong phone case / AirPods model. What can I do?

Please confirm your device model before placing an order. Since each product is customized, we are unable to process returns or exchanges for wrongly ordered items.

How to Return

It's simple — here's the quick version:

  • Drop us an email at info@aavrik.com within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • Let us know why you're returning it.
  • Once approved, you'll get the return address.
  • Ship it back and share the tracking info with us within the same 7-day period.

Note: Return shipping costs are on you. We recommend using a trackable courier.

Step by step:

  1. Email us at info@aavrik.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide a return address.
  2. Carefully pack the item(s) in the original packaging and write your order number on the outside of the package.
  3. Ship your return package using a traceable carrier and email the tracking details to info@aavrik.com after shipment.
  4. Once we receive the package and tracking details, we will verify the product and initiate the refund process.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 1–3 business days upon receipt of the package. The amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

For COD orders, refunds will be issued via IMPS, GPay, Paytm, or PhonePe.
